What are Breast Cancer Recovery Sessions?

These sessions are designed to support your healing after breast cancer treatment—physically, emotionally, and energetically. We begin by assessing your movement patterns, strengths, and limitations, while checking for concerns like lymphedema, cording, or soft tissue restrictions. From there, your care is fully personalized and may include scar tissue release, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, guided exercises, breathwork, and mindset support.

Each session builds on your body’s unique story, helping you restore range of motion, relieve pain, and reconnect with your body’s innate capacity to heal. Together, we’ll create a wellness plan that supports your strength, function, and full-body awareness—so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and care.
