This hour-and-half workshop is designed to help share transformative self-care practices utilizing different meditation techniques resulting in a feeling of overall contentment and well-being.
In this session you will learn the art of rest and leave with tips for practicing Spring-inspired self-care including: how to set a comfortable backdrop, infusing your environment with relaxing scents, Earthing (the practice of walking barefoot), rest through meditation and inspiring internal healing through journaling
**Session will include gift bags of take-aways to include a journal, herb seed packs, aromatherapy sample, and a printed meditation guide.
