Week of Daily Energy Routine
March 12th-18th, (7:30am-8:00am)
**NOTE: Friday March 16th, 8:15-8:45am
Start each day with balanced basic energies! Beth will lead the group through a series of simple exercises to do each morning and throughout the day as needed. These techniques can be done anywhere, sitting or standing and some can even be done lying down before you get out of bed! Come as you are, no special equipment or attire required, except you may want to BYOB/Water. I will suggest that you take off your shoes to get the most benefit from the exercises. If the weather is nice, this group session will be held out on the front porch.
*Beth will be available for 30 minutes after each session to answer your questions.
