Relax, rejuvenate and be your best self for yourself and those you love. Kundalini Yoga and meditation helps to reduce stress, calm the mind, and realize the authentic self. Each class will teach breath work, energetic exercises, relaxation, and meditation. Yogic breathing and meditation revitalizes the body, soothes the mind, and leaves you with a feeling of clarity, balance and focus. Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary.
