The focus of my work has always been about supporting new and growing families. While I maintain a general practice, I specialize in infant Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release, as well as prenatal, postpartum, and fertility Craniosacral & massage therapy. I believe in the power of the body to heal itself, and greatly value my role in helping facilitate healing.
I came to massage therapy as a way to better assist the families I served in my doula practice, but fell in love with all forms of massage. I have been practicing as a doula and childbirth educator since 2009, and a massage therapist since 2010. I also trained as a direct-entry midwife from 2014-2016. I try to weave together the varied components of my education, along with the interdisciplinary educators I've been fortunate enough to learn from over the years, to provide well-rounded and comprehensive education to all my clients.
As a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I am honored to serve my clients in a gender-affirming, body-positive and trauma-informed practice.
